South African striker Dino Ndlovu's struggles to find a team could have something to do with misconceptions over salary demands.
Ndlovu is currently looking for a new team after he his contract was not renewed by Turkish second division club Sekaryaspor.
In an exclusive interview with Kickoff, the 34-year old revealed that he is open to any project that makes sense to him and he is willing to return to South Africa after playing most of his career abroad, in countries such as China and Azerbaijan where they pay big salaries.

The Bafana Bafana striker suggested that it's difficult for him to get a deal in South Africa, because club chairmen may feel he has huge salary demands.
"One of the things is that our club chairmen, whenever you are recommended by other agents or external representatives, they say, 'Dino is expensive' or 'We don't have the budget for him'. How can you know that before even speaking to me?' Ndlovu asked, speaking to Kickoff recently.
However, Jwaneng Galaxy head coach Morena Ramoreboli has revealed that he did try to convince Ndlovu to come play in Botswana for his team but they could not find common ground.
"I was talking to Dino Ndlovu at some point because I felt that Dino has achieved a lot. Those are the types of players that when you want to motivate young players, you need to bring closer to the team and they should take him as one of their role models," Ramoreboli said on Metro FM Sports.

"So that's some of the players that I still believe for football to grow in this country, those are types of players we need to engage.
"The issue again maybe there's still confusion with Pula and Rand, so sometimes players think, 'Ah, should I go to Botswana for P20 000, not knowing that when you take P20 000, you're taking R25 000 [+- R26, 700 ]. So these are some of the things agents need to make them aware," the South African tactician added.
According to reports, Ndlovu was getting around R6,7 million per year at Sekaryaspor.
The Klerksdorp-born marksman may be a free agent but he still has overseas offers from countries such as Turkey and Libya.
