2. Orlando Pirates 7-1 Golden Arrows (April 2024)
At the time Pirates were criticized for their inconsistency, the Buccaneers responded with an emphatic victory, with Tshegofatso Mabasa scoring a hat-trick. The Soweto giants went on to combine a five-match winning run.
3. Crystal Lake 0-6 Orlando Pirates (February 2024)
Mabasa owes his form last season at Pirates to him rounding the scoring, coming off the bench, in a 6-0 thrashing of third-tier side Crystal Lake in the Nedbank Cup last 32, a month after he returned from his loan spell at Moroka Swallows.
4. Orlando Pirates 6-0 Cape Town Spurs (formely Ajax Cape Town, September 2004)
Pirates climbed to the top of the table of the 2004/5 season after their big win. Phumudzo Manenzhe scored a brace while the other goals were scored by Tso Vilakazi and Tyrene Arendse. Kaizer Chiefs went on to win the league that season, beating Ezimnyama by two points.
5. Orlando Pirates 5-0 Sekhukhune United (August 2023)
The game is fondly remembered for Zakhele Lepasa scoring a hat-trick, with the other goals by Ndabyithethwa Ndlondlo and Monnapule Saleng, in the MTN8 quarter-finals.

6. Orlando Pirates 5-0 Jomo Cosmos (March 2016)
The Buccaneers played their part in the relegation of Cosmos in the 2015/16 season. Ayanda Gcaba, Sifiso Myeni, Mpho Makola, Tendai Ndoro and Gift Motupa were on target.
7. Orlando Pirates 5-0 Dynamos February 2004
Dynamos were also relegated after a 5-0 hammering by the Buccaneers, who finished fifth in the 2003/04 season.
8. Royal Leopards 2-6 Orlando Pirates (February 2022)
Pirates almost suffered an embarrassing defeat to Eswatini side Leopards after coming from two goals down and eventually scored six through Bandile Shandu, Kwame Peprah, Happy Jele, Kabelo Dlamini, Terrence Dzvukamanja and an own goal.
9. Orlando Pirates 6-2 SuperSport United (April 2001)
In the latter stages of the 2000/01 season, Pirates were on song as they went on to win the title by one point.
10. Royal AM 0-4 Orlando Pirates
Patrick Maswanganyi scored one goal and assisted two goals to Thalethe Mbatha and Kabelo Dlamini while the other goal was scored by Relebohile Mofokeng.
