An Orlando Pirates star is racing against time to see if he will make it for the team's next fixture this weekend after picking up a knock.
During the Buccaneers' most recent match against All Stars in the Nedbank Cup last weekend, the team was forced to make a substitution within the opening five minutes after Goodman Mosele picked up an injury and was replaced by Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo.

Pirates went on to win the cup match and have since been drawn to host another second tier outfit in Venda Football Academy in the next round of the competition.
With the Soweto giants getting back into league action on Friday with a clash against Maritzburg United, there have been concerns on whether Mosele will be available for selection.
In their latest update, Bucs have confirmed that Mosele is set for a late fitness test ahead of the clash in Orlando.

"There are concerns on the injury front, particularly for the Buccaneers who were forced into an early change in their last fixture after Goodman Mosele was withdrawn in the fifth minute of the encounter. The midfielder is now in a race against time to be fit for the clash on Friday," confirmed Pirates on the club's official website.
