Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro says he could not explain how his team ended up on the losing against Cape Town City.
The Buccaneers missed the opportunity to move top of the Betway Premiership table following a 1-0 defeat to the Citizens on Wednesday night.
Patrick Maswanganyi failed to convert a penalty before Darwin Gonzalez went up the other end three minutes to score the game's only goal for City.

"I cannot do analysis now, actually quite difficult to explain the final result. I think the difference between the two teams was too big this time with all the respect for the game of Cape Town City," Riveiro told SuperSport after the game.
"But It's difficult to explain that we lost this game the way we did but this is football. They managed to put one ball in the net.
"We didn't but I think a very complete performance. We did everything in order to win the match, there's no much that you can do so to the next one," he continued
He continued, "I just think it's pure bad luck in this case if you see the way they score. It's something not normal, but like I said we were Pirates tonight.
"We played the football that we've been playing before and there were other games we played that we didn't play the football that we played before and got the results today we couldn't make it.
"Now we have to put our heads to the next one today is gone."
