Indications are that former Fees Must Fall leader Mcebo Dlamini looks set to join the Soweto giants to fill the void left by Floyd Mbele.
"The club is looking to strengthen its management and administrative side. Since Floyd Mbele left, they haven't officially replaced him, and at the moment, Mcebo (Dlamini) is essentially in that position. The club has many different roles within management, and Mcebo is playing his part," a source told the Siya crew.
Siya sources have further revealed that Dlamini has brought a fresh perspective to the club.
"He has brought a different dimension to the club. You can see during games how much the players respect him. This stems from the way he interacts with them, offering advice on various occasions and for different reasons. That's the role he primarily plays at the moment," the source added.

The 38-year-old Swazi-born South African is a former student leader at Wits University, where he gained prominence during the Fees Must Fall movement, campaigning for free education at tertiary level.
Dlamini was arrested during the protests, but in 2020, his two-year sentence was suspended for five years.
The Siya crew reached out the Pirates for comment, with no response at the time of publishing.
