Ntshumayelo Relishes Demanding Schedule

Despite the rigorous schedule of playing a match every three days, Orlando Pirates midfielder Thandani Ntshumayelo has embraced the demanding programme stating that it helps in keeping the players fit and conditioned.

"We are only three games into the league, yes the schedule is hectic with the cup games, but we are athletes and we are trained for this," said Ntshumayelo, speaking to the crew.

"It's about conditioning and training. We are all working hard so if you start complaining about fatigue this early on; it means you are not doing something correctly. There is no player that can complain at this stage."

"Fitness is key and we want to deliver the same performances in both the cups and the league fixtures."

"Bidvest Wits are a fit side and so are we. Even though the results haven't gone our way in the league we are still highly motivated and we believe a change of fortune will come soon. We just need to keep working hard," summed the Bucs midfielder.
