Benni McCarthy admitted that after the performance from his Cape Town City side, suffering defeat feels like he wants to pull his hair out of his head.

Speaking in the post-match press conference, McCarthy admitted that his side did not do enough to maintain their 1-0 advantage over Matsatsantsa, as the Citizens lead for the most part of the 90-minutes.
"Wanting to pull your hair out of your head," McCarthy said when asked about how frustrating the defeat must feel. "I think this whole week we worked on finishing, we worked one scoring from crosses and we managed to take the first one very well with Masina and just numerous opportunities where we didn't capitalise so I am not sure if it's anxiety or panic or just the excitement of the moment where the guys lose composure and they don't put the ball in the back of the net," he added.
"Because when you have someone on the ropes then you got to go for the jugular and no matter how much you stress it or drill it into your players but clearly it is a South African problem where no team I've seen has that killer instinct where they finish the opposition off."
