Pretoria Callies 0-1 All Stars FC

All Stars FC snapped a four-match winless streak with a 1-0 victory over bottom-placed and relegation-threatened Pretoria Callies in Atteridgeville.

The win helped Sinethemba Badela's men solidify their top-half standing on the table, with Callies having only one win from 11 played so far and lie at the basement.

Cape Town Spurs 2-1 Venda Football Academy

Cape Town Spurs continued their winning run after overcoming the Venda Football Academy 2-1 and stabilized their spot in the top-half.

It was Venda that entered the break ahead through Moletshe Onke, but a double from Therlo Moosa within minutes in the second half steered the host to maximum points and consecutive wins too.

Polokwane City managed to come from a goal down to see off NB La Masia 2-1 and remained at the top of the Motsepe Foundation Championship table on Sunday.

La Masia were first on the front-foot and entered the halftime break ahead too, but Rise and Shine responded thereafter and snatched victory from the jaws of defeat.

Uthongathi FC 2-2 Black Leopards

Black Leopards needed to come from a halftime deficit to hold Uthongathi FC to a 2-2 draw at the Princess Magogo Stadium

The Cane Cutter went to the break in front following a brace by Katlego Mohlamme, but Lidoda Duvha rallied back and duly levelled for a share of the spoils.

Baroka FC 1-1 Magesi FC
