University of Pretoria got their campaign in the GladAfrica Championship back on track following a 2-1 victory over Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila on Saturday.
Former Mamelodi Sundowns and Chippa United man Samuel Julies got the opener for AmaTuks, but Rhulani Manzini drew level in the second half only for Keagan Allan to get the winner.
Richards Bay 0-0 JDR Stars
Richards Bay and JDR Stars were not able to separate each other in a top-of-the-table clash out at the King Zwelithini Stadium.
The draw leaves the sides level at the top of the standings, with the Natal Rich Boyz leading the way and the Hammer Boyz hot on their heels.
Cape Town All Stars 1-0 Free State Stars
Cape Town All Stars revived their quest for promotion in the top flight following a 1-0 win over the inconsistent Free Stars Stars.
The victory took the Cape Town outfit to third spot on the table, with Ea Lla Koto down in eight spot on the league standings.
TS Sporting 0-0 Cape Town Spurs
TS Sporting resumed their campaign in the league following the turn of the year with a goalless draw against the resurgent Cape Town Spurs.
Sporting lost their previous two matches in the league to Polokwane City and to Swallows FC in the Nedbank Cup and are three spots from safety on the table with Spurs tenth.
Uthongathi FC 1-1 Jomo Cosmos
A hard-fought 1-1 draw away to Uthongathi FC helped the struggling and relegation-threatened Jomo Cosmos from the foot of the table.
Ezenkosi were ahead through Thabo Maphakisa before the Cane Cutters clawed themselves back through Falakhe Tshanini.

Polokwane City 2-3 Venda Football Academy
Polokwane City resumed their campaign on the back-foot following a 3-2 loss to the Venda Football Academy in the Limpopo derby on Sunday.
It was the Rise and Shine that bagged the first blow minutes from kickoff before Lerato Mofokeng brought the visitors level towards halftime.
Venda got a second late on through Rudzani Thobo and bagged another amidst the near scare from Rise and Shine, as the clash concluded.
Pretoria Callies 2-0 Black Leopards
Black Leopards' fight against the drop suffered another blow as they dropped to the bottom of the table following a 2-0 loss to Pretoria Callies.
Callies, who are also in a relegation slog, moved one spot up from 14th to 13th spot following the victory over Lidoda Duvha.
Hungry Lions FC 4-0 Platinum City Rovers
Hungry Lions FC got their campaign back on track following a 4-0 triumph over Platinum City Rovers at home.
Goals in the first half from Angelo Van Rooi and Raymond Daniels set Lions on their way before the latter went on to a brace whilst Stanley Muishond rounded off matters in the second period.
