Richards Bay FC coach Pitso Dladla is not worried about his future as he aims to gain promotion this season.
The Natal Rich Boys had a slow start to the GladAfrica Championship season after managing to reach the play-offs but failing to secure promotion to the elite league.
Despite rumours that his job is in jeopardy, the coach has admitted that the club has identified its shortcomings and aims to turn the season around.
Dladla says he aims to revive the side's campaign and promotion to the topflight is still on the cards.
"It is true that we did not have a good start but the most important thing is how we deal with it and start getting the positive results," Dladla told the Siya crew.
"We know where our shortcomings were as a team and we believe that the team will rise slowly on the log standings and be where it belongs, which is on top."
He adds that he will not entertain any talk about his future at the club and is adamant that he has the full support of management.
"I don't know about anyone who said my job is under threat. Maybe you can give more clarity on that issue. As far as I know, I'm still enjoying support from the board."
Richards Bay are currently 7th on the GAC standings.
