Mamelodi Sundowns will be looking to bounce back in the DStv Premiership when they visit Swallows FC on Wednesday evening.
Teams: Swallows v Mamelodi Sundowns
Date: 06 April 2022
Venue: Dobsonville Stadium
Time: 19h30
Sundowns have not been in league action for a month, as their Nedbank Cup thrashing of third-tier side Mathaithai was followed by three successive victories in the CAF Champions League.
However, the Brazilians will be looking to return to winning ways in the domestic league after a 2-1 defeat to Maritzburg United the last time out.
Sundowns' lead at the top of the table has since been reduced to 11 points, with seven matches remaining.
In contrast, Swallows' chances of surviving relegation suffered a blow after a 1-0 loss to Royal AM in early March and Dylan Kerr's charges will be itching to return to action after their game against Maritzburg United on Saturday was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
The Brazilians will be looking to complete a league double over Swallows after securing a 3-0 win in the reverse fixture at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
