Sundowns were crowned champions for a fifth straight season last week after playing to a goalless draw against Cape Town City in Pretoria.
However, the Brazilians followed that up with a 2-1 win over Royal AM in the Nedbank Cup semi-finals over the weekend.
The South African champions will now turn their attention to a Sekhukhune side who have failed to win their last seven league encounters.
Sekhukhune's last victory came against bottom-side Baroka in a 4-0 victory back in February, but they are now four points adrift of the top eight heading into the final four games of the season.
These two sides have already faced off this campaign, with goals from Neo Maema and Themba Zwane handing Sundowns a 2-0 win at the ABSA Tuks Stadium.
