Polokwane City will attempt to return to winning ways in the Absa Premiership when they host winless Stellenbosch on Wednesday evening.
Rise and Shine were humbled over the weekend after losing 2-0 to Highlands Park at Makhulong Stadium, which was only there second league defeat of the season.
Following Bidvest Wits' victory over Chippa United, Polokwane dropped to third spot in the Absa Premiership standings but they can reclaim second spot with victory this evening.
Stellenbosch and Chippa United remain the only sides left in the Absa Premiership yet taste victory after AmaZulu defeated Cape Town City on Tuesday.
Steve Barker's charges did show great character over the weekend after rallying back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Golden Arrows.
Both Ryan Moon and Iqraam Rayners got their first goals of the season in the draw with Arrows, and will now be looking to build on that.
