Date: 26 October 2019
Venue: Makhulong Stadium
Highlands Park Chippa United in the Absa Premiership clash on Saturday evening at Makhulong Stadium, with the hope of returning to winning ways.
The game will get underway at 20h15.
The Lions of the North were in good form, unbeaten in five league matches, before narrowly losing 1-0 to Mamelodi Sundowns thanks to a stoppage time winner by Mauricio Affonso on Wednesday.
However, Owen Da Gama's charges remain in sixth place and they could overtake fifth-placed SuperSport United and dislodge fourth spot from Polokwane City with maximum points this evening.
In contrast, the Chilli Boys have been the whipping boys of the league so far, having lost four matches and remain the only side yet to register a win after eight matches.
However, new coach Norman Mapeza led them to a 1-0 victory over Bloemfontein Celtic in the Telkom Knockout first round clash on Tuesday, which can boost their morale as they search for their first league win of the campaign.
In their meetings last season in the league, Highlands edged Chippa 2-1 in the first round clash, while the second round encounter ended 1-1 in Port Elizabeth.
