Williams' third choice was Real Madrid right-back Dani Carvajal, whose defensive solidity and contributions in attack have been vital for both club and country.
Williams' selections reflect his appreciation for players who excel both individually and within their teams, with Rodri, Vinícius Jr, and Carvajal all having standout years in football.
