With Rulani Mokwena now at the helm at Mamelodi Sundowns, there are a few players who could get more opportunities under the mentor.
Mokwena's tenure as head coach of Sundowns started with a convincing 5-0 victory over struggling Maritzburg United and two players who got their names on the scoresheet could get more opportunities to play.

Haashim Domingo bagged a brace in the victory over the Team of Choice, a big boost for the player, who has been in and out of the team. Mokwena had previously mentioned that the Sundowns technical team has spoken to Domingo about getting into the box a lot more to score and provide assists and his performance on Tuesday night could go a long way in making sure that he gets opportunities to play in central midfield for the DStv Premiership champions.
Thapelo Morena started against the KZN outfit and had arguably his best performance of the season so far, contributing with two assists and a goal. The former Bloemfontein Celtic man was named man of the match against Maritzburg and indications are that he could get more chances in the starting line-up ahead of Khuliso Mudau, who has been playing in that role.

Bongani Zungu is another player who could start featuring more, but his fitness at the moment remains a concern. Thabiso Kutumela, once he is available for selection, could also get more chances to play under Mokwena.
