After Kaizer Chiefs were drawn against Free Agents FC in the Nedbank Cup last 32, Soccer Laduma looks at past ten Chiefs record against lower league opposition.

The Glamour Boys had another third-tier outfit The Magic in the round of 16 and could not score in regulation time and only broke the deadlock in extra-time before eventually winning 3-0.
Amakhosi's struggles en route to the final against lower league sides proved ominous, after they were stunned 1-0 by then NFD side TS Galaxy in the final.
Before then, the Naturena outfit also faced the likes of third-tier side Acornbush, who they edged 2-1 in the round of 16 in 2017.
Amakhosi were only showed their superiority against a lower league side in 2015, after thrashing Edusport Academy 4-0 in the first round.
Chiefs had also narrowly beat lower opposition FC Buffalo 2-1 in the last 16 a year prior.
