The story

Rulani Mokwena and his troops are hard at work in preparation for 2024/25 season, as the Botolo Pro 1 kicks-off at the end of the month.

Mokwena is already proving to be popular figure not only among the passionate Wydad ultras but also his dressing room, with the spirit at the club reaching new highs since Mokwena's arrival in July.

In a video shared across Wydad's social media pages, Rulani showed off his elite technical ability by neatly tucking away the ball into the back of net, from a corner...

Mokwena was recently in Brazil with Wydad Casablanca president, Hicham Ait Menna to attend Corinthians' stalemate against Brasileiro Série A rivals, Fluminese, to monitor a pair of transfer targets.

Rulani and Menna were also in attendance to see Botafogo thrash Flamengo, 4-1, having been invited by the chairman of Botafogo, Durcesio Mello:
