A sequel of Saturday's Soweto Derby took place in the kitchen as Pirates' Kermit Erasmus and Chiefs' Eric Mathoho flexed their cooking skills on Instagram.

What's the story?
DStv Premiership veterans Kermit Erasmus and Eric Mathoho may have missed out on the Soweto Derby action over the week but found some solace in their respective kitchen's.
Tower shared a step-by-step video of him cooking a fish curry, while Erasmus make some Asian cuisine for his good friend and ex-teammate Mpho Makola.

Footballing master chefs
As mentioned above, Erasmus and Mathoho missed out on the Soweto Derby last weekend. Tower is still nursing an injury and Erasmus was left as an unused sub.
The experienced ballers seem to have taken a liking to cooking up some delicious meals in the kitchen.

Erasmus, who has been spending a decent amount of time at Lucky Lekgwathi's Grootman Restaurant, prepared some Asian fried chicken with rice for himself and his bestie Mpho Makola.
The duo were recently making Gatsby's at Grootman's and now they're exploring different flavours in Erasmus' kitchen:

Mathoho on the other hand, cooked up a fish curry feast for his loved ones. Showing his followers a step-by-step method on making his curry that could easily feed multiple families.

It would be interesting to see both of these ballers competing in a cooking competition like Chopped or even Celebrity Master Chef.
This industry could be the ideal post-football career for both of them.
