Kaizer Chiefs Now Have A Job To Do Against ZESCO United

Why Chiefs Left Maluleka In South Africa...
Chiefs will be hoping for a better result when they welcome the Zambian giants to FNB Stadium at 20h00 on Saturday evening, and there will be pressure on Billiat to perform as they look to get themselves out of a tight spot and successfully qualify for the CCC group stages – something that Billiat is hopeful of.
According to the club's official website, Billiat said, "We didn't come here to lose… Of course, it's a great feeling to score, but it would have been an even better feeling if we would have won or we would have gotten a draw.
"We will do better on Saturday. I would like to (score again), but it's not so important if I score, it's more important that we will go through as that's what we all want."
Chiefs won their previous CCC home games 4-0 and 3-0 respectively so far in their current campaign, two results that would be enough against ZESCO if they can manage to pull them off again, although it won't be easy against a side that has only lost by more than one goal four times since the start of 2017.
Kaizer Chiefs return to South Africa today on the back of a 3-1 defeat at the hands of ZESCO United, but Khama Billiat insists that it will be a different story on Saturday night.

The Zimbabwean star grabbed Chiefs' only goal of the game in the CAF Confederation Cup playoff round, with Lazarous Kambole and Jesse Were (x2) doing the damage for the hosts as they took a first leg advantage.
