Speaking to the media after the game, Middendorp highlighted the positives from the team in the encounter and how they will use it going forward as they plan to face Zesco United in the play-off round of the CAF Confederations Cup competition on Sunday, January 13.
"As long as we are able to produce possibilities, options to score as long we doing it and we had a lot on Saturday, as long as we are doing this the rest will come," Middendorp told the media.
"We have the players, with Khama (Billiat) with Bernard, with Ryan Moon, he is still waiting with Lebogang (Manyama) out of the central midfield position they are players who can do the job.
"Today the second goal, Hendricks Ekstein it was good. Not too rushed, not too panicked or will be a hectic game too. There is no doubt about it with our information, going to Zambia but at the moment it is just to keep calm and keep cool. Do the right stuff.
"Start the game with two three fresh faces, Katsande definitely, Dax can be an option, Ntshangase is waiting, good game against Werder Bremen on Sunday. Let's see," he added.
