Bidvest Wits are in good shape for their CAF Confederation Cup clash against Horoya AC, with Gavin Hunt not facing any major injury concerns for the game this evening.
The Clever Boys face the Guinean outfit at 18h00 tonight as they get their first ever CAF group stage participation underway at home, with Hunt's side having opted to take their game to Dobsonville Stadium in Soweto.
Wits impressed in their qualifiers on the way to their historic qualification for this stage of a continental competition, and will be hoping to keep their form going when they do battle in a couple of hours' time.
While Simon Murray is still recovering from a major knee injury that required surgery, Wits don't have any fresh injury worries for the game and are suspension-free for their first CCC group game of the season.
They are, however, expected to leave out both Siyanda Zwane and Lehlohonolo Nonyane as they manage niggling calf and thigh problems respectively, and will rather not risk using them in order to avoid them becoming proper injury problems.
Hunt will be eager to see his side make home advantage count as they play in Johannesburg tonight, especially knowing how tough games can be away over the course of CAF interclub competitions.
