The dates for Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns' CAF Champions League quarterfinals were confirmed following the draw.
It was also revealed who the two South African sides are likely to face should the progress to the semifinals of the continental competition.
Amakhosi will host Simba SC and then travel to Tanzania for the second leg next month, while Downs make the trip to Cairo first before Pitso Mosimane makes a glorious return back home to guide Al Ahly into the return fixture.
According to dates set by CAF, it was confirmed that the first leg will take place on the weekend of May 14 and the second leg scheduled a week later between May 21, 22 and 23, the actual date will be communicated by the two clubs at a later stage.
Friday's draw also provided a glimpse into who both Chiefs and Downs could face if they progress to the last four of the competition.
Amakhosi will take on the winner between MC Alger (Algeria) and Wydad Casablanca (Morocco), a side they faced twice in the group stages, losing the away leg and winning the match they hosted at FNB Stadium.
Sundowns, on the other hand, will take on whoever triumphs between CR Belouizdad (Algeria) and Esperance (Tunisia) – the Brazilians were also in the same group as Belouizdad and lost the away match only to be beaten in their home game.
The semifinals will be played on the weekend of June 18 and 25, with the Champions League final date set for July 17.
