AmaZulu FC coach Benni McCarthy claims it's difficult to prepare for their CAF Champions League clash when they have league matches during the week.
Usuthu hosts Algerian giants ES Setif on Friday night at Moses Mabhida Stadium, which will be their third game seven days.
McCarthy has raised some questions about the league not postponing their games to give them time to prepare for their continental fixtures.
"It very difficult to prepare in such circumstances when you play on Friday, Tuesday and another Friday when knowing that our opponents match was postponed to have enough to prepare for this game," McCarthy tells media.
"It disturbs to have such preparations because it seems like there's no consideration of teams playing in CAF champions to accommodate them, would think South African teams would be given space to prepare well for such games instead of dumping matches in between and to achieve what I don't know.
Despite not having ideal preparations, McCarthy has promised the Algerian outfit a fight after claiming their first win last weekend.
"But we've prepared ourselves despite that, we expect same kind of game and attitude as Horoya and we have to be ready for tough game, it won't be easy, it going to be war on the pitch. South African vs Northern Africa, we show no fear and we want to protect our home record, I trust my team to show fight," he added.
