It is all set for AmaZulu to begin their historical journey in the CAF Champions League as they aim to emulate Kaizer Chiefs, while their opponents have declared war for this afternoon's clash.
Benni McCarthy and his team will be at the Moses Mabhida Stadium this afternoon for their preliminary round first leg match against Nyasa Big Bullets of Malawi at 17h00.
Callisto Pasuwa – the head coach of Bullets, says his side will not be intimidated by the KwaZulu-Natal giants.
"Remember that most of the games in South Africa come live on TV when they are playing, and we have done our research from some of the videos that we have been seeing. They are a good side which plays quick type of football and speed play in some areas," the coach said, speaking through AmaZulu's media department.
"Yes, we need to do more in order for us to win but we're not saying that maybe we are afraid of them. We are here to take the result and I hope the better team of the day will take the points. The chances are 50/50 and we can't complain," he added.
