AmaZulu FC striker Augustine Mulenga has promised a real fight in the CAF Champions League, as the club looks to make history against TP Mazembe.
Usuthu are in Democratic Republic of Congo for the second round fixture against the five-time continental winners and despite their rich history, Mulenga says that AmaZulu won't be showing Mazembe respect on the field.
"TP Mazembe is a big club, with big history and we respect them but on the field we won't be respecting them because we also want to win the game, so that we can move to the next round," Mulenga said via the club's media department.
"I'm sure the game won't be easy for us, it is going to be tough. We just have to work hard from the first whistle."
Usuthu are in DRC, coming from an away victory in the DStv Premiership and according to the Zambian, winning against Galaxy prepared the side ahead of their CAF clash.
"The game against TS Galaxy gave us a moral boost because winning an away game is not easy, You have to fight and I'm sure everyone in the team wants do well and win."
