With more and more leagues reportedly considering resuming football behind closed doors, we take a look at which clubs would be hurt the most as massive amounts of fans usually fill their stadiums.

The Bundesliga announced on Monday that the German top flight will remain suspended until at least 30 April after a virtual meeting with officials from all 36 Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 clubs.
As is the case with all other major European leagues, there is no set date as to when league football in Germany will return due to the uncertainty around the current coronavirus outbreak.

According to German publication Kicker, though, behind-closed-doors matches are seen as the only way to protect some clubs from financial ruin, and games could start from as early as 1 May.
This would allow clubs to still receive their TV and sponsorship income, but they would miss out on gate receipts and matchday revenue from spectators inside the stadium.
Arguably, clubs with bigger stadiums would miss out on bigger income, with Borussia Dortmund currently the side with the highest average attendance in Europe's top leagues this season.
BVB host 81 171 fans on average every home game, followed by Bayern Munich, whose Allianz Arena is sold out for every home game with 75 000 fans.

FC Barcelona complete the top three, with the Camp Nou welcoming 73 588 fans on average per home fixture, while Manchester United sit in fourth place – you can find the complete top 10 in the gallery above!
