Atletico Madrid 3-2 Feyenoord
Atletico Madrid won their first game in Group E after coming from behind to edge Feyenoord in a five-goal thriller thanks to a brace by Alvaro Morata at Metropolitano Stadium.
An own goal by Mario Hermoso within the first eight minutes gave the Dutch side the lead but Morata equalised for Atletico four minutes later.
David Hancko restored the lead for the visitors 11 minutes before the break but Antoine Griezmann pulled Diego Simeone's charges back level on the stroke of half-time.
Morata snatched what proved to be the winner for the Spanish side and completed his brace early in the second stanza.
Celtic 1-2 Lazio
Lazio clinched their first win in Group E after coming from behind to beat Celtic 2-1 at Celtic Park.
Kyogo Furuhashi opened the scoring for Celtic with 12 minutes on the clock but Matias Vecino levelled matters for Lazio on the half-hour mark.
Pedro snatched the winner for the Italian side in stoppage time, as Celtic remained winless and without points at the bottom of the pool.
Group F
Newcastle United 4-1 Paris Saint-Germain
Paris Saint-Germain lost their first game in Group F after a heavy 4-1 defeat to Newcastle United at St. James' Park.
Miguel Almiron gave Newcastle the lead on 17 minutes with a strike from a rebound in the box and Dan Burn doubled their lead just before the break with a towering header at the back post.
Sean Longstaff made it 3-0 for the Magpies five minutes into the second stanza with a strike in the box after a through ball by Kieran Trippier.
Lucas Hernandez pulled a goal back for PSG shortly before the hour-mark with a close-range header after a cross by Warren Zaire-Emery.
Fabian Schar put the icing on the cake for Eddie Howe's charges in stoppage time as he made it 4-1 with a stunning curling shot from the edge of the box, as Newcastle bagged their first win.
Borussia Dortmund 0-0 AC Milan
Borussia Dortmund and AC Milan remained winless in Group F after playing to a goalless draw at Signal Iduna Park.
Dortmund picked up their first point at the bottom of the section, just three points behind leaders Newcastle United while Milan picked up their second point in third spot.

RB Leipzig 1-3 Manchester City
Manchester City maintained their winning start in Group G after thrashing RB Leipzig 3-1 at Red Bull Arena.
Phil Foden broke the deadlock for City on 25 minutes with a strike in the box after a through ball by Rico Lewis.

Red Star Belgrade 2-2 Young Boys
Red Star Belgrade and Young Boys picked up their first point in Group G after they could not be separated in a four-goal thriller at Stadion Rajko Mitic.
Cherif Ndiaye broke the deadlock for Red Star ten minutes before the interval and Filip Ugrinic equalised for Young Boys three minutes into the second stanza.
Cedric Itten gave the Swiss side the lead on the hour-mark from the penalty spot but Osman Bukari levelled matters for Red Star two minutes before time.
Group H
Porto 0-1 Barcelona
Barcelona kept their 100 percent winning record in Group H after edging Porto 1-0 at Estadio do Dragao.
Ferran Torres broke the deadlock for Barca on the stroke of half-time after an error at the back by Porto.
Blaugrana finished the game nervously, after Gavi got a second booking and was sent off in stoppage time but Blaugrana had already done enough to clinch their second win on the bounce.
Antwerp 2-3 Shakhtar Donetsk
Shakhtar Donetsk came back from two goals down and edged Antwerp 3-2 as they won their first game in Group H with Danylo Sikan netting twice at Bosuilstadion.
Arbnor Muja gave Antwerp a perfect start with the opener within three minutes and Michel-Ange Balikwisha doubled their lead just after the half-hour mark.
However, Sikan reduced the deficit for Shakhtar early in the second stanza and Yaroslav Rakitskyi levelled matters for the visitors 19 minutes before time.
Sikan gave Shakhtar the lead with 14 minutes left and grabbed his brace.
Antwerp had a big chance to equalise deep in stoppage time from the penalty spot but Toby Alderweireld fired his spot-kick wide.
