Man Utd Plotting Big Money Move For Brazil International

Man Utd Plotting Big Money Move For Brazil International

With Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee struggling to find the net, Manchester United have identified a Brazilian international as one of their primary targets.

Cunha has had an incredible season for Wolverhampton Wanderers registering 13 goals and four assists in the Premier League and has been instrumental in Wolves' bid to avoid relegation.

In March, the forward announced his intention to leave Wolves and join one of the 'Big Six' sides, despite signing a contract extension in January.

Fabrizio Romano revealed that Cunha has a release clause of £62.5 million (R1.5 billion) and this has caught the eye of Man Utd, who are in search of players to bolster their ranks and fight for a top 4 finish next season.

The Red Devils are set to open negotiation talks with the representatives of the Wolves star in the hopes of convincing him to join the side, Give Me Sport reported.

Amorim's side have struggled for goals this season with forwards Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee unable to find their feet in Manchester.

Signing for the former Atletico Madrid player would be a welcome sight for the Portuguese manager as he prepares for his first full season in charge of the 20-time league champions.

Ipswich Town's Liam Delap and Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen as possible targets.
