Both Los Blancos and Les Parisiens are hoping to conclude their transfer business before the European transfer window closes on 2 September, and are reportedly close to reaching an agreement over a swap deal.
According to AS, PSG have agreed terms with Real back-up goalkeeper Keylor Navas, who is hoping to leave Madrid in search of regular game time. The Costa Rican star requested a transfer after falling down the pecking order to Thibaut Courtois and now looks set to make the move to Paris.
The 32-year-old has been linked with a move to PSG since the reigning Ligue 1 champions released veteran Gianluigi Buffon, and a deal seems likely to be completed in the coming days.

If Navas leaves, Los Blancos will be in need of a new reserve goalkeeper, and they are reportedly negotiating with the French giants to include France international Alphonse Areola as part of the deal.
With the market closing in just a few days, Real will have little time to find a replacement for Navas so a deal that would include Areola as his immediate successor is deemed favourable.

Navas joined Los Blancos from Levante in 2014, and played a starring role in the club's three consecutive Uefa Champions League victories between 2016 and 2018.
