This past off-season, Los Blancos welcomed French superstar Kylian Mbappe to the club after close to a decade of chasing his signature.
The Bondy native joined the record European champions as a free agent from Paris Saint-Germain, and because there was no transfer fee attached to his arrival at the Santiago Bernabeu, Real were able to hand him a massive contract that sees him earn €15 million (R294 million) a season, excluding bonuses.
However, Mbappe arrived to a Real dressing room that was successful prior to his integration.
Last season, the Spanish juggernauts were crowned champions of both LALIGA and the UEFA Champions League in large part due to the heroics of Vinicius and Bellingham.
It is for this reason, according to OK Diario, that the chiefs at Valdebebas want to reward the 2024 Ballon d'Or frontrunners with contracts equal to Mbappe's.

The same report suggests that both the Brazilian and the Englishman entered the 2024/25 campaign earning €10 million (R196 million) a year, but in an effort to avoid any clashes of ego, the club reportedly also wants to categorise Vinicius and Bellingham as the highest earners in Madrid, along with the Mbappe.
