The 35-year-old will see his contract run out at the end of this season should he not sign a renewal before then.
According to Spanish outlet Marca, Benzema has spent a lot of time recently considering an offer he has received from Saudi Arabia, but will continue at Los Blancos beyond this year.
The 2022 Ballon d'Or winner was believed to be offered a significant contract from an unnamed club in the Middle East, with the report claiming the proposal includes the building of a youth academy that will have his name and imaged attached to it.
Benzema, however, will reportedly extend his stay in Spain's capital by at least another 12 months.
There is said to be a chance the retired France international is open to a move to the Saudi Pro League in the future, however.
The striker has scored 25 goals in 32 appearances for Real so far this season, following on from his memorable 44-goal 2021/22 campaign.
