As reported by Spanish outlet AS, the Italian coach is said to have made his feelings clear on centre-back Jesus Vallejo.
The 27-year-old spent this past campaign on loan at Granada, and played just three times across all competitions for the Spanish minnows, but has returned to Los Blancos.
Ancelotti, however, will not allow the former Real Zaragoza player to stay at the Santiago Bernabeu even if he is only considered a fourth-choice defender.
This leaves the 15-time UEFA Champions League winners open to a permanent sale at a low price, with his deal in Madrid expiring in 2025.
It is said Ancelotti would prefer to use 21-year-old Real Madrid Castilla centre-back Marvel as a back-up option, or use central midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni in his backline if needed.
Vallejo joined Real in 2015 and has since made just 31 senior appearances after once considered a top talent in Spain.
