Manchester United have made quite a few signings in recent years, but here is a list of the club's worst signings since Sir Alex Ferguson's departure in 2012.

The Red Devils have endured a big decline since the legendary Ferguson retired eight years ago after leading the club to their 13th Premier League title.
Since then, United have gone through four managers and a number of failed signings and the Sun have selected their 11 worst.
Romelu Lukaku was United's second most expensive signing after Pogba since Ferguson's exit but he left the club after just two seasons.
One of the most memorable 'flops' was Alexis Sanchez, whose arrival at the club in 2018 gave the supporters hope that they could get back to where they were.
However, the Chilean's spell at United was nothing short of nightmare as he only scored five goals in 45 appearances before joining Inter Milan this year.
The list also includes former Real Madrid star Angel di Maria who only last one season at the club and German legend Bastian Schweinsteiger.
