Manchester United have officially confirmed the signing of Paris Saint-Germain's all-time top goalscorer Edinson Cavani, who will be among the English club's best-paid players.
The Red Devils welcomed Cavani to the club in an official announcement on social media, and have signed the 33-year-old striker on a one-year deal with an option to extend it by another year.
