According to Manchester Evening News, the Red Devils will not appeal the Brazilian's sending off following their 0-0 draw with Southampton at Old Trafford at the weekend.
Casemiro will be unavailable for United's next four matches after a dangerous tackle on Argentine midfielder Carlos Alcaraz 11 minutes before the break.
The ex-Real Madrid man was initially shown a yellow card before VAR intervened to call referee Anthony Taylor to the pitch-side monitor for a second look.
While head coach Erik ten Hag was disappointed with the match official's decision, United will move on and accept Casemiro's absence for their FA Cup quarter-final match against Fulham and their coming league outings against Newcastle United, Brentford and Everton.
Pictures showed Casemiro looking distraught as his punishment was confirmed, with teammates consoling him as he made his way down the tunnel.
The 31-year-old was sent off against Crystal Palace earlier this week, for which he served a three-match ban.
