Inter Milan wing-back Denzel Dumfries is currently in the final year of his contract at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.
According to The Athletic, the Netherlands international does not plan on negotiating an extension with the Serie A juggernauts until after the transfer window closes.
The reason he does not want to commit to prolonging his stay in Milan just yet is because a move to the Red Devils is believed to hold a particular appeal to him.

United and West Ham have already reached an agreement in principle over the transfer of the London native, but it is understood that he prefers a move to Inter.
