The former Manchester City and Liverpool striker has played consistently well for his French club this campaign, and is said to have attracted interest from many clubs around the world as a result.
The player's agent, Mino Raiola, has admitted that Balotelli is sought after by clubs in Europe and China, but insisted his client will make a decision on is future at the end of the season only.
"Mario's at Nice because he wants to show everyone he's a person who wants to do his work well and show it on a daily basis," he said, according to ESPN.
"There are so many teams who have asked about him, from northern Europe to China.
"But we have told everyone that Balotelli wants to wait a few months before deciding what the future holds.
"We're not ruling anything out, not Napoli, not another club. We'll see this summer.
"The centre of Balotelli's life is his daughter and football. All the conditions have to be right to reach an agreement between the two parties."
