French publication L'Equipe has reported the former Real Madrid shot-stopper has accepted an offer from Nottingham Forest.
Forest are without first-choice goalkeeper Dean Henderson, who recently picked up an injury and could be out of action for a few weeks.
Previous reports claimed that Navas had already turned down an approach to reunite with Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr as he prefers to play in Europe.
PSG manager Christophe Galtier says they will respect Navas if he does make the decision to leave.
"We'll see the reality of the squad after the transfer window," Galtier said, as per RMC Sport.
"But because of the man and because of his career, we must respect him, and we must listen to him."
