Liverpool flop Mario Balotelli has scored six goals in his first five games for new club OGC Nice in Ligue 1 – only one superstar has had a better start to life in France.

The Italian joined the club during the latest transfer window, and has already scored more league goals this campaign than in the previous two seasons for Liverpool and AC Milan combined.
He has helped his side to a glorious start in the French top flight, with Nice leading the table six points ahead of big-hitters AS Monaco and Paris Saint-Germain.
Only former PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic experienced a better start in Ligue 1, scoring seven goals in his five opening games in France, according to ESPN.
Radamel Falcao scored four goals in his first five Ligue1 games for Monaco in 2013, while Edinson Cavani began his time at PSG with just two goals in his first five fixtures.
However, despite his superb form, Nice coach Lucien Favre has insisted Balotelli can improve even further.
"He made a great run for his goal. He's very good in those sorts of situations," Favre told the club's official website after Nice's 4-1 win, in which the Italian striker scored, over Nantes on Sunday.
"He had had a week of complete rest and then a normal week.
"I have said it again and again: there is still a lot of work to do. Today, he did more tracking back than he had done previously. It's positive."

Overall, Balotelli has scored seven goals in seven games across all competitions so far this season, but has missed four games due to minor injury and fitness problems.
