The 18-year-old is considered one of Europe's top teenage talents after impressing in Portugal for Benfica's B side.
Ndour has represented his country at every youth level from U15 to U20, and has been tipped to have a bright future.
The midfielder made just a single appearance for his former club, but is expected to train with new manager Luis Enrique's first-team squad for the 2023/24 campaign.
