The record Ligue 1 champions have announced Christophe Galtier's exit from the Parc des Princes only a season after the Frenchman was appointed.

Despite leading Les Parisiens to a record-setting 11th French league title this past season, the achievement was not enough to save the Marseille-born tactician from losing his job.
Early exits from the Coupe de France and the UEFA Champions League are likely to be the reasons why Galtier lost his position, with the Red and Blues set to appoint a third manager in as many years.
Former AS Roma, Barcelona and Spanish national team head coach Luis Enrique is the man being highly touted to step into the managerial hot seat in the French capital.
The news of Galtier being fired comes shortly after the former central defender was reportedly arrested for racist and bigoted comments he made while in charge of OGC Nice.

PSG will be hoping their next manager lasts longer than two years, as the last boss to stay at the helm for longer than that was Laurent Blanc, who was in charge of the team between 2013 and 2016.
