Paris Saint-Germain's stuttering start to the Ligue 1 season continued, as they suffered a 2-0 defeat to Toulouse on Friday evening.
The Ligue 1 champions named a strong line-up, which boasted the likes of Angel Di Maria, Edinson Cavani, Lucas Mour and Thiago Silva.
PSG dominated the opening exchanges, although both sides did have chances of their own, with Cavani going close for the hosts, while Edouard headed wide for Toulouse.
Toulouse 17-year-old goalkeeper, Jean-Jacques Laffont was proving to be the hero, as he produced a couple fine saves to deny Cavani after throughout the opening half.
Despite PSG's dominance, the score remained goalless as the sides entered the halftime break.
Toulouse were awarded a penalty shortly after the restart when Serge Aurier brought down Toivonen. Yann Bodiger stepped up and made no mistake from the spot.
Unai Emery opted for a changes and introduced Javier Pastore and Thiago Motta with 20 minutes remaining.
PSG pushed for an equaliser, but it was Toulouse who doubled their lead in the 79th minute, as Jimmy Durmaz fired past Alphonse Areola, 2-0.
