A German World Cup winner has agreed to join Ligue 1 champions, Paris Saint-Germain for a fee believed to be £38m.

Germany international, Julian Draxler has completed a move to PSG from Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg.
Arsenal and Liverpool were reportedly keen on the World Cup winner, although the French champions have won the race for the midfielder's signature.
Wolfsburg have confirmed that Draxler has signed a four-year deal with PSG in a deal that is reportedly worth £38m and could rise to £41m.
