Mario Balotelli opened the scoring from the penalty spot 32nd minute, before Júlio Tavares leveled matters with a penalty of their own in the 37th minute.
Balotelli secured the win for Nice with his eighth league goal of the season in the 50th minute.
Guingamp 2-1 PSG
Paris Saint-Germain's stuttering form in Ligue 1 continued, as they suffered a 2-1 defeat to Guingamp on Saturday evening.
Yannis Salibur handed the visitors the lead after 66 minutes, before Nill De Pauw netted Guingamp's second in the 70th minute.
Edinson Cavani did pull a goal back for PSG late on, but it was not enough as the hosts held on for a win.

Monaco's three-game winning run in the French top flight came to an end, after they suffered a 3-1 defeat to Lyon on Sunday evening.
Rachid Ghezzal handed Lyon the lead after 29 minutes, before Mathieu Valbuena doubled the advantage 65th minute.
Tiemoue Bakayoko reduced the deficit for Monaco in the 70th minute, but the hosts added their third goal through Alexandre Lacazette in the 86th minute.
