Edinson Cavani netted four goals in the first half to inspire Paris Saint-Germain to 6-0 thumping of Caen on Friday evening.
Marco Verrati returned to the line-up, while Lucas Moura joined Angel Di Maria and Edinson Cavani in the attack for the champions.
The visitors took the lead after 12 minutes when Cavani turned home Maxwell's inviting cross from the left flank for his second goal in as many games.
PSG were then awarded a penalty after 23 minutes when Lucas was brought down in the box. Cavani stepped up and converted his spot-kick, 2-0.
Cavani then completed his hat-trick in the 38th minute, as Di Maria played in Maxwell, who in turn crossed for the Uruguayan to finish at the near post, 3-0.
There was enough time for PSG to get a fourth goal on the stroke of halftime, as Cavani grabbed his fourth with a scuffed shot from close range.
With the visitors comfortably leading, Unai Emery opted to withdraw Cavani after the break for Jese Rodriguez, while Jean-Kevin Augustin replaced Di Maria after 60 minutes.
The Ligue 1 champions added a fifth goal after 67 minutes as Lucas combined with Augustin, before rifling into the far corner from the edge of the box.
PSG grabbed their sixth goal in the 78th minute, as Augustin registered his name on the score-sheet with a powerful effort from distance.
