PSG only sit six points clear at the top of the Ligue 1 table heading into their clash with second-place RC Lens on Saturday night.
Former PSG midfielder Jerome Rothern says the lack of respect from the dressing room is evident with the how team peforms on the field.
"I'm not sure he's earned the respect of all the players in the locker room," Rothen said.
"Some of them do, but others feel they are above him. It shows in the way they move on the field."
Following the club's the shock defeat to Rennes a few weeks ago, Galtier insists he was not worried about his future in the French capital.
"I'm not thinking about the future. I'm only focused on winning the championship. We need to win the remaining matches and play well. I'm trying to be objective and motivate my players," he said.
