With Barcelona having completed and announced three signings ahead of next season already, their next arrival appears to have been confirmed by the player himself.

It has been widely reported that Netherlands international Memphis Depay could join the Catalan club in this transfer window, having announced in May that he would be moving on from Olympique Lyon.
The former Manchester United attacker decided to run down his contract in France, and is now able to join a new club as a free agent. Depay was candid when asked about his future in a recent interview, suggesting that big news can be expected soon.
"Everyone knows I have been linked to Barca for a while now, and I want to play for (Barca manager) Ronald Koeman," the 27-year-old said, according to ESPN.
"Just wait, and then the news will come."

Depay, who scored 76 goals and assisted a further 55 strikes in 178 appearances across all competitions for Lyon since joining the club in 2017, is currently starring for the Netherlands at the 2020 UEFA European Championship.
