The in-demand Juventus star is reportedly heading to the courts in order to seal a transfer away from the club.
According to reports in France Football, any buying club would need to spend an extra €15 million to any fee in order to get the rights, which are currently held by Oualidia Tanazefti.
Tanazefti is an old friend of the French star and currently manages the rights via a company registered in Luxembourg.
Pogba will reportedly look to take legal actions against Tanazefti in order to resolve the issue.
It is thought that Juventus want €80 million the midfielder, who would demand an additional €12 million in annual wages.
