In today's transfer update we take a look at the current situation of Manchester United winger Angel di Maria and his possible replacement Pedro Rodriguez.
Van Gaal Remains Tight-Lipped Over Di Maria's Future
According to the Mirror in England, Paris Saint-Germain are the favourites to land Di Maria after failing to impress manager Louis van Gaal during his first season at the Red Devils.
The 27-year-old Argentine has apparently told the manager that he wants to leave England, as he and his family have struggled to adapt to life in the country.
It's believed that United have a replacement lined up if Di Maria decides leaves, and that is Barcelona winger Pedro Rodriguez.
It was said that Chelsea were the favourites to land the Barcelona star, but Blues boss Jose Mourinho has denied those rumours recently.
Pedro is looking for more game-time and is believed to be keen on a move to the Premier League this summer, after Barcelona signed Arda Turan.
It's said that PSG and Manchester United are in talks over a possible move for Di Maria, but its understood that the French club has only offered around £40million for the player, which is significantly less than United paid for him.
PSG: Di Maria Deal Complicated
The Red Devils are expected to offer Barcelona around £18million for Pedro this week and if they are able to tie him down, then we could see the Di Maria move over to Paris.
